• Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis depending on the plan you select. Annual plans are billed upfront for the entire year.
• Auto-Renewal: All subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
• Price Changes: We reserve the right to change subscription prices. You will be notified at least 30 days before any price change takes effect.
• Service Limits: Each plan includes specific limits on the number of scans, report types, and support levels. Exceeding plan limits may require upgrading to a higher tier.

Copyright and Trademarks

All non-user provided content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, video clips and audio clips (collectively "Content"), the compilation of the Content and all software used on or in the Website are the property of Hackator or companies with which it is affiliated, or third parties that have licensed Content and software for use on the Website. Hackator's vulnerability assessment reports are provided for informational purposes only and do not guarantee the complete identification of all security vulnerabilities. You acknowledge that no security assessment can be 100% comprehensive.

Governing Law

The laws of the applicable jurisdiction govern these Terms of Use without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of laws. In the event of any dispute relating to the Website, you consent to the personal jurisdiction of the applicable courts. Any claim or action that any party may have arising from or related to use of the Website must be filed within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises. Any claim or action not filed within such time will be forever barred.

Dispute Resolution
